This mix makes TWO 8-inch cake layers or 24 cupcakes or approximately 65 mini cupcakes. Made with organic flour and Madagascar vanilla, this cake will satisfy your sweet tooth in a soothing and subtle way! Pair it with simple whipped cream or a bold flavored icing - there are so many options to dress this cake up. Or not. Up to you!

Here’s what you’ll need:
3 large eggs
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup of canola or vegetable oil or melted butter
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 2x 8" cake pans. Dump cake mix contents into a medium bowl. Add in eggs, oil or melted butter, and milk of choice. Mix until combined. Don’t overdo it! Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Note: adjust baking time if using other sizes of pans.
