FAQs

Are your baking mixes vegan-friendly?

Yes! Well, most of them! Our vanilla, chocolate and funfetti cake mixes contain no animal products and are vegan-friendly. Simply substitute eggs for your favorite vegan alternative (apple sauce, banana, flax seed, yogurt to name a few), and use your non-dairy milk of choice!

How many guests can one cake mix feed?

Our cake mixes are double the batch when compared to other premium cake mix brands. One package will yield TWO 8" or 9" cake layers or 24 cupcakes. This is enough to feed - you guessed it - 24 guests! Depending on their appetite ;)

Are your baking mix ingredients healthy?

We use premium, organic and unbleached wheat flour, and pure and organic Florida cane sugar in all of our mixes! If it calls for vanilla flavoring, we use organic, Madagascar vanilla powder. If it calls for a chocolate twist, we use organic Dutch-process cocoa powder. So yes, in a nut-free-shell, we use the best ingredients we can source, to male you feel good about eating cake!

Are your cake mixes nut-free?

We cannot make the nut-free claim, exactly. Our mixes are made in a nut-friendly kitchen, but they do not contain nuts, unless otherwise specified.
