Here’s what you’ll need:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of canola or vegetable oil or melted butter
1 cup water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 2x 8" cake pans. Dump cake mix contents into a medium bowl. Add in eggs, oil or butter, vinegar and water. Mix until combined. Don’t overdo it! Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Note: adjust baking time if using other sizes of pans.
